Region: Biodynamic grapes coming from the Alsace, Domaine Luc Faller, Itterswiller 
 
Grape variety: 60% Riesling  40% Muscat
 
 Alcohol: 12%
 
Vinification method: The grapes are handpicked. Pressed directly and  vinified in Jujurieux. Aged in tank for 18 months.
This wine is unfiltered. 
 
Notes: Fine character with lots of minerality and aromatic fruit. The fresh acidity and light roundness in finish makes this wine vibrant to drink .
 
The wine is named after the Banksia, an Australian native flower.
